Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- You must only use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
- The deposit amount may not be manipulated in any way.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus conditions have not been met.
- In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be delayed for review.

pkjok's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific conditions.
Welcome Bonus Terms
pkjok offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳28,000 or more → bonus capped at ৳20,000 → total balance ৳48,000.
The bonus amount will never exceed ৳20,000, regardless of the deposit amount.
Wagering Conditions
Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- The bonus will not be withdrawable until the wagering conditions are met.
- Certain game categories may contribute differently to the wagering calculation.
- If the bonus expires, it will be cancelled.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonus offers are only applicable under the conditions set by pkjok.
- pkjok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonus abuse (bonus hunting or arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular gaming activity and account standing. pkjok reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time, and VIP status may be revoked in case of any rule violation.
